Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our store team. You will report to the Operations Manager and help deliver exceptional customer support while promoting loyalty and problem resolution.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, multitasking ability, and a positive, customer-first attitude. You will work at one of our retail locations with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
