Job summary

The Brick Group is seeking a Customer Service Associate at one of our retail locations in Hamilton, Ontario. You will put customers first, solve problems, and help build lasting loyalty with a friendly, proactive approach.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with team members, handle multiple tasks, and use MS Office to review order reports and support customers throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office programs.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
