Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team in Ontario. You will report to the Operations Manager and help ensure customer satisfaction across sales and service interactions at our retail location.

The role requires a strong customer service mindset, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend shifts are possible as part of a flexible schedule.
