Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team in Kamloops. You will report to the Operations Manager and bring a customer-first mindset, solving problems and building solutions for shoppers.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up to identify needs, promoting loyalty, reviewing daily order reports, and supporting a friendly, efficient store environment. The role requires strong multitasking, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and ability to work with customers.
• Team oriented with good communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
