Job summary

The Brick in Fredericton, NB is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help customers with inquiries, identify needs, and promote loyalty in a fast-paced retail environment.

We value a strong customer focus, clear communication, and the ability to multitask across clerical tasks and order reports. Evening and weekend shifts may be required in this role.
