Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team in Whitby. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will respond to customer inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure a courteous, professional experience for every guest.

We value a customer-first attitude, teamwork, and the ability to multitask. Strong communication and computer skills are required, and you should be flexible to work evenings and weekends across shifts.
