Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team at a busy retail location. You will report to the Operations Manager and help customers with courteous, professional support.

This role focuses on solving problems, identifying needs, and promoting loyalty through outstanding service. You will review daily order reports and assist with a variety of duties, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus.
• Team oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
