Job summary

The Brick is seeking to expand our service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will report to the Operations Manager and help customers with solutions in a friendly, efficient manner.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and multitasking across daily order reports, with shifts including evenings and weekends. The Brick offers competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications
