Job summary

Indigo in Windsor, Ontario is seeking team members to support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and customer engagement on the floor.

You will curate product selections and tell stories through our merchandise, while embodying Indigo's culture and focus on authentic experiences for customers and colleagues. Flexible schedules including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new aspects of the store.
• Commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before or after opening hours (5 AM–10 PM start).</br>Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns and process receipts.</br>Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store environment.</br>Engage with customers on the floor and curate product collections for individuals.</br>Model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics and share information on new products and promotions.
• Contribute to a health and safety prioritized environment and respond to customer feedback promptly.
• Own self-development and provide ongoing feedback to colleagues and Leadership Team.
