Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking an associate at our London, Ontario location to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products. You will ensure a fast checkout, handle cash, and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; duties include store operations, POS transactions, and engaging customers about rewards programs and custom framing opportunities at

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in‑stock store and complete merchandise recovery.
