Responsibilities

• Leads by example and ensures cashiers demonstrate CORE values.
• Interviews and recommends final cashiers for hiring.
• Ensures cashiers comply with store standards.
• Schedules cashier staff hours, days off and vacations.
• Trains employees and provides coaching and instruction.
• Assists with performance reviews with the FSM.
• Delivers exceptional customer service beyond expectations.
• Promotes PC Optimum and store promotions to customers.
• Oversees cash operations and banking duties.
• Maintains cash office and safe per standards.
• Prints transaction exception reports and investigates variances.
• Monitors loss prevention procedures.
