Responsibilities

• Manages cashier/merchandising staff and ensures compliance with store policies and operating procedures
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and provides ongoing guidance
• Manages daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking
• Ensures store employees present proper image to the public per Uniform Policy
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues per guidelines (refunds, exchanges)
• Keeps shelves clean and displays rotated per directions from AFSM/FSM
• Maintains store housekeeping standards and health and safety requirements
• May perform clerical and banking duties as needed
• Complies with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensures they are executed in-store
