Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a frontline Asset Protection professional across Canada to safeguard our grocery and pharmacy environments. This role focuses on vigilance, professionalism, and quick decision-making to protect people and property while reducing theft and fraud.

You’ll join an elite national asset protection team, gain experience in investigations and partnerships with law enforcement, and contribute to a culture that values integrity, teamwork, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License and knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada.
• Experience with CCTV, surveillance tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and integrity.
• Retail experience in grocery or pharmacy is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Protect and deter theft by maintaining a visible, professional in-store presence.
• Apprehend offenders safely, following procedures.
• Investigate and collaborate with law enforcement as needed.
• Reduce shrink by identifying loss trends and prevention strategies.
• Support store operations and comply with security policies and provincial regulations.
• Stay agile in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
