Job summary

Bring a provincial security license and knowledge of the Criminal Code. You’ll work with law enforcement as needed and help maintain a safe shopping experience for all guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must hold Valid Provincial Security Guard License.
• Knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada and related security regulations.
• Experience with surveillance tools and CCTV systems.
• Strong communication and professional presence in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Actively prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations by maintaining a visible, professional store presence.
• Safely and lawfully detain offenders following company and legal procedures.
• Conduct investigations and collaborate with store leadership and law enforcement when required.
• Identify loss trends with leadership and contribute to shrink-reduction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and provincial regulations while supporting operations.
