Qualifications

• Retail experience in grocery, pharmacy, or high-volume settings is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Protect and deter theft by maintaining a visible, professional in-store presence.
• Apprehend offenders safely following company and legal procedures.
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence; cooperate with law enforcement when needed.
• Identify loss trends and work with leadership to implement prevention measures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and provincial regulations.
