Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking an Asset Protection professional to join our front-line security team in Windsor. You will help protect people, products and profits while maintaining a safe shopping environment in high-volume grocery and pharmacy settings.

As a trusted member of our asset protection team, you will deter theft, investigate incidents, and work with store leadership and law enforcement when needed, all while upholding company policies and provincial regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License and knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act, and related legislation.
• Experience with CCTV, surveillance tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication, professionalism, and integrity with a proactive approach in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Protect & Deter in-store theft, fraud, and policy violations with a visible, professional presence.
• Apprehend offenders safely, lawfully, and in accordance with company and legal procedures.
• Investigate incidents, gather and analyze evidence, and coordinate with law enforcement when required.
