Job summary

WINMAR Kamloops is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from initial emergency response to final completion, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client, insurer, and subcontractor relationships.

You will manage on-site progress, develop schedules, monitor budgets, scopes of work, and safety compliance while coordinating crews, trades, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance restoration is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with industry software such as Docusketch, PSA, Xactimate, or similar estimating software.
• Valid BC Driver's Licence with an acceptable driver's abstract.
• Ability to successfully complete a Criminal Record Check.
• IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, or Odour Control are considered an asset.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations and WINMAR policies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates to management.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular site visits and the ability to:

• Lift up to 40 lbs independently and heavier loads with assistance.
• Work in confined spaces and occasionally at heights.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including fitted respirators when required.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
