ServiceMaster Restore Winnipeg is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating teams, resources and partners to deliver quality results for clients facing fire, water or mould damage.

You will manage client communications, inspections, and work orders, while guiding projects through to timely recovery and peace of mind for families and businesses, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restoration project experience including insurance-related work.
• WRT and FSRT certifications required; additional IICRC certs are an asset.
• Strong technical skills with industry tools and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, subtrades, adjusters, and insurance companies.
• Manage claims, inspections, and work orders with precision and detail.

What You’ll Do

• Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, subtrades, adjusters, and insurance companies.
• Manage claims, inspections, and work orders with precision and detail.
• Oversee multiple projects and resolve challenges proactively.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, including insurance-related projects.
• WRT and FSRT certifications (additional IICRC certifications are an asset).
• Strong technical skills with industry tools (DASH, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Docusketch, Encircle, Symbility, CoreLogic, Microsoft Office).
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
• Secondary education in Construction Management or related field is an asset.
