ServiceMaster Restore Winnipeg is seeking a Project Manager to own restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating people, resources, and partners to deliver quality results for clients facing disasters such as fire, water, and mould.

You will lead multi-project campaigns, maintain clear client communication, document work orders, inspections, and claims, and ensure timely recovery while upholding safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, subtrades, adjusters, and insurance companies.
• Manage claims, inspections, and work orders with precision and detail.
• Oversee multiple projects and resolve challenges proactively.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, including insurance-related projects.
• WRT and FSRT certifications (additional IICRC certifications are an asset).
• Strong technical skills with industry tools (DASH, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Docusketch, Encircle, Symbility, CoreLogic, Microsoft Office).
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
• Secondary education in Construction Management or related field is an asset.
