Job summary

Edo Japan is seeking a Supervisor in Canada to lead a team in delivering legendary guest experiences during every interaction. The role reports to Store Manager and requires prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to motivate and train staff in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure health and safety standards, manage schedules, and assist with customer education and upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage employees, assign tasks to kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Oversee breaks and shift coverage; organize weekly schedules.
• Ensure high-quality guest experience: speed, accuracy, friendliness, cleanliness.
• Oversee safety and food handling per health standards.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain health and safety guidelines and inventory levels.
• Interact with customers and resolve inquiries promptly.
