Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Criminal record check required
• Willing to relocate to the site location
• English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance and schedule
• Train and supervise staff; recruit and lead teams
• Set staff work schedules and balance cash, reports
• Conduct performance reviews and cost products
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Organize inventory and manage supplier relations
• Handle customer complaints and provide service
