Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Toronto seeks an experienced operations supervisor to manage daily catering/food service operations, budget costs for food, supplies, and labour, and ensure smooth events.

You will organize staff schedules, supervise and train team members, monitor revenues and customer service, and negotiate with suppliers while ensuring health and safety standards. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced hospitality or food service.
• Education: secondary school graduation certificate; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Develop budget to determine costs for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations and identify efficiency improvements.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and optimize staffing.
• Balance cash and prepare balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.

TASKS

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
