Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking an onsite Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in Toronto, Ontario. You will manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relations, while ensuring customer service standards and regulatory compliance are met.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget to determine cost of food and supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to control labour cost.
• Plan, organize, and direct daily operations; set staff schedules.
• Train staff and conduct performance reviews; monitor staff performance.
• Organize inventory and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate with suppliers and address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service and manage events; maintain supplier contact.
