Job summary

Workstream in Rosthern, SK is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead a motivated quick service team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive sales while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-site parking, and comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision coverage. Minimum 3 years in restaurant management required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
• Strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with Micros POS systems preferred.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.
• Barista or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
