Job summary

Subway in Richmond, BC is seeking an experienced restaurant operations supervisor to coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth service across shifts. You will plan and organize daily operations, evaluate performance, recruit staff, and set work schedules to meet client demand.

As a key leader, you will supervise staff, negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering, address customer concerns, and help deliver high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • College/CEGEP education completed.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years experience in restaurant/operations management preferred.
