Job summary

Tim Hortons Québec is seeking a capable operations supervisor to plan and organize daily store activities, recruit and schedule staff, and ensure accurate cash handling.

You will lead teams, uphold health and safety standards, manage inventory, address customer concerns, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring English language proficiency and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• College diploma or certificate program (3 months to <1 year) is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail/food service environment.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
