Responsibilities

  • Evaluate daily operations and performance.
  • Modify menu prices and food preparation methods according to budget.
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs; supervise staff performance.
  • Plan, organize and direct daily operations; recruit and schedule staff.
  • Balance cash, prepare cash reports and related forms; manage inventory.
  • Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and supplies; ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Address customer complaints; provide excellent customer service; manage events.
