Job summary

Subway Group in Ontario is seeking a dedicated restaurant operations manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and maintain high service standards in a busy urban environment.

You will handle budgeting, scheduling, inventory, safety compliance, staff recruitment and training, and customer care, while negotiating with suppliers for food and supplies. This permanent role offers parking and a 30–40 hour work week.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food-service management is required.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Budget monitoring and cost control experience.
• Ability to recruit and train staff.
