Job summary

White Spot in Canada seeks an experienced operations professional to manage daily restaurant activities, ensure legal compliance, and drive service quality. The role involves planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating operations; negotiating supplier arrangements; and contributing to marketing efforts.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of experience or equivalent, and hold a secondary school graduation certificate.

• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations

• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
