Job summary

Guac Mexi Grill in Ontario is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, and maintain health and safety standards. The role involves planning staff schedules, recruiting and training team members, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and clients for catering or events.

You will help optimize revenues and labour costs while delivering consistently excellent dining experiences in a permanent role offering 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Support for newcomers and/or refugees with credential recognition and diversity trainings.
