Tim Hortons Québec is seeking a restaurant supervisor/manager to oversee daily operations at multiple locations in the Canada region. The role focuses on budgeting, staff planning, and ensuring efficient service.

The successful candidate will analyze budgets, adjust menus and prices, and monitor labor costs while recruiting, training, and supervising teams to uphold Tim Hortons’ service standards.

Formación

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in budget analysis and staff scheduling is advantageous.

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the budget.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Recruit staff; set staff work schedules; supervise staff.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement procedures.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
