Tim Hortons Québec in Halifax is seeking a shift supervisor to help manage daily operations, oversee a small team, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.

You will plan schedules, monitor staff performance, balance cash, maintain inventory, and guarantee health and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service. English required; hours 30-40 weekly; permanent position.

Formación

• Secondary education is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
