Job summary

McDonalds Restaurant in Ontario is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high service quality. You will monitor staff performance, plan and organize activities, recruit team members and set work schedules to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

The ideal candidate has college-level education in management or a related diploma, 1–2 years of experience, and a strong focus on customer service, health and safety, and cost control.

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or similar role.
