Job summary

Arby's Cranbrook in Cranbrook, BC, is seeking a capable operations supervisor to oversee daily restaurant activities, manage shift leaders, and ensure efficient service during busy periods.

You will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and enforce health and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
• Safe Food Handling certificate required.
