Job summary

A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. in Rothesay, New Brunswick, is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to help run daily operations, lead a team of 5–10 staff, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and guest service.

You will monitor revenue and labor costs, plan schedules, supervise and train staff, enforce health and safety rules, balance cash, manage supplies, and address customer concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or similar role.
