Job summary

Schweitzer at Blue Mountain is seeking a Contact Centre Agent for the winter season. You will sell and reserve lodging and activities to guests, using our standard sales script while aiming to hit targets and maintain exceptional service.

Role includes assisting Fully Independent Travelers, conference guests, and the public with accurate information about resort offerings. Remote work is possible, onsite preferred, with hourly compensation and seasonal shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a sales environment; prior sales experience is an asset.
• Prior contact centre or customer service experience is an asset.
• Advanced computer skills; comfortable working with multiple systems and multitasking.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Articulate with strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Sell and reserve lodging for leisure, group and conference guests.
• Provide detailed information about resort offerings and answer questions.
• Sell bookable activities such as Snow School and Kids @ Blue to travelers and locals.
• Sell season passes and gift cards.
• Follow the sales script to meet targets while delivering outstanding service.
