Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Contact Centre Agents to sell and reserve lodging and activities to guests and independent travelers. You will be the friendly voice describing resort offerings, helping with bookings and gift cards, and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role features 4–5 shifts per week, shifts between 9am and 7pm (weekends included), with remote work possible and onsite preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a sales environment; some previous sales experience is an asset.
• Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience is an asset.
• Advanced computer skills: comfortable working with multiple systems and multi-tasking.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Articulate, with an excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Sell and reserve lodging for leisure, group and conference guests.
• Sell and reserve bookable activities such as Snow School and Kids @ Blue offerings to travelers.
• Sell season passes and gift cards.
• Follow the sales script while aiming for sales targets and exceptional service.
• Provide accurate information about resort offerings and inspire memorable experiences.

HOURLY RATE - $19.00

Full-time Hours

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Contact Centre Agents sell and reserve lodging and recreation packages to potential guests via in-bound calls. We provide detailed information regarding all aspects of the resort and its offerings. As the "voice" of Blue Mountain, we service Fully Independent Travelers (FIT), conference guests and the general public.

• Selling and reserving lodging for leisure, group and conference guests.
• Selling and reserving bookable activities such as Snow School and Kids @ Blue offerings to independent travelers and locals.
• Selling season passes and gift cards.
• Consistently using the Blue Mountain Resorts sales script while striving to consistently achieve set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Providing accurate & detailed information and informing callers on resort offerings, inspiring exciting & transformational experiences.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
