GFL Environmental Inc. in Winnipeg, MB seeks a Residential Route Supervisor to oversee driver teams and daily routing. You will review operations, plan equipment needs, and ensure service lines balance customer satisfaction with cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include coaching drivers, budgeting, dispatch liaison, and maintaining safe, proactive customer relations with residents. The role requires CDL/endorsement preference and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and execute against tight timelines.
• Proficient with database, spreadsheet, and word processing software within Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all drivers, ensuring ongoing training, discipline and procedural implementation.
• Assist with and recommend annual equipment budget; monitor within approved limits.
• Act as a liaison between dispatch and drivers to relay daily schedules, equipment and service information.
• Ongoing driver training to address driving habits and cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct regular driver reviews and ensure courteous customer relations with residents.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for service needs.
