• 2+ years as a Project Coordinator in multi-family or residential construction.
• Detail-oriented and organized; doesn't let things slip through the cracks.
• Comfortable with project management and scheduling software.
• Construction Management education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across multiple active multi-family sites.
• Track and distribute RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions.
• Coordinate subtrade scheduling and material deliveries.
• Help pull together budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Keep project files and documentation organized and current.
• Liaise with subtrades, consultants, and municipal contacts as needed.
