Parker Huggett - A Division of LRO Staffing, on behalf of a Calgary-based general contractor, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout on commercial and multi-family projects.

This permanent, full-time position is based in Calgary and offers a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary: $95,000 to $105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar support role in ICI or multi-family construction.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specs and documents.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating budget, schedule, and quality across active commercial and multi-family projects.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners on scheduling, scope clarification, and site logistics.
• Attend site meetings and help monitor progress against project milestones and quality standards.
• Support procurement, material tracking, and close‑out documentation.
