Parker Huggett has partnered with a long-established Construction Manager and Developer with deep roots across Ontario and a growing project pipeline. With a reputation built on quality, innovation, and community impact, this firm is poised for growth and is actively seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support the delivery of a landmark $300M Student Housing project, with additional major projects in the pipeline across Toronto and Barrie.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

Proven experience with a GC or CM on large-scale builds, ideally over $100M in value
A strong background in residential, student housing, or large commercial builds

Based in a commuting distance to Peterborough, ON
