Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across multiple active multi-family sites.
• Track and distribute RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions.
• Coordinate subtrade scheduling and material deliveries.
• Help pull together budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Keep project files and documentation organized and current.
• Liaise with subtrades, consultants, and municipal contacts as needed.

About the Opportunity

The same busy Edmonton multi-family builder we work with is also looking for a Project Coordinator to keep their construction team organized across several active wood-frame and concrete developments.

This is a strong stepping-stone role for someone who wants to build toward a Project Manager career in residential construction.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Support the Project Manager across multiple active multi-family sites
• Track and distribute RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions
• Coordinate subtrade scheduling and material deliveries
• Help pull together budgets, schedules, and progress reports
• Keep project files and documentation organized and current
• Liaise with subtrades, consultants, and municipal contacts as needed
