Adecco Canada in Calgary seeks a Project Manager – Multi-Residential Construction to lead the delivery of residential projects across Alberta, from planning through completion. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in residential/multi-family construction, strong leadership, and solid experience with project controls, contracts, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing residential or multi-family construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential construction projects from planning through completion.
• Establish and monitor schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Manage procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability targets are met.
