Job summary

NDura Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple residential infill and multi-family projects across Edmonton. You will coordinate people, schedules, budgets, materials, and decisions from site prep to completion.

This hands-on role requires leadership, clear communication, and the ability to keep projects moving amid changing priorities and challenges. A diploma or degree in construction-related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a Project Manager, Site Superintendent, or similar construction leader.
• Direct experience in residential, multi-family, infill, townhouse, stacked housing, or similar construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and change orders.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence and ability to travel between Edmonton-area sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver residential and multi-family projects from site prep to closeout.
• Establish schedules, milestones, priorities, and delivery requirements.
• Lead project meetings and document decisions and actions.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and cost performance across multiple projects.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Maintain records, provide leadership, and communicate with clients and partners.
