Job summary

Boardwalk in Calgary seeks a leasing/property coordinator for Downtown locations: Randal House, Royal Park Plaza and The Arch. You will lease and show suites, collect rents, conduct inspections, and coordinate contractors to keep sites running smoothly.

Requirements: 2 years customer service, post-secondary education is an asset, and comfort with web-based systems. You must be able to walk/stand up to eight hours and lift up to 10 kg; bring a strong, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience required.
• Post-secondary education in related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and showing suites.
• Collect rents and follow up on defaults.
• Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites.
• Lease and show suites.
• Annual suite inspections.
• Prepare and deliver bank deposits.
• Coordinate contractors per scheduled timelines and contract terms.
• Assist with snow removal, cleaning and touch-up painting as required.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
