Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a hands-on Property Coordinator to manage O'Neil Tower in downtown Calgary. The role requires living on site with a 60% rental discount and a valid Class 5 driver’s license with own vehicle.

You will handle tenant relations, collect rents, coordinate contractor work, and perform inspections and show suites to ensure excellent on-site operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience required.
• Post-Secondary education in related field is an asset.

• Successful applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years customer service experience required
• Post-Secondary education in related field is an asset

Technical Requirements:

• Computer experience is required with web based programs preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained
