Qualifications

• Preferred Degree or diploma in one of the human services professions.
• CPR+ Standard First Aid

Responsibilities

• Model healthy life skills and socialization to clients.
• Provide support to clients in residence and by telephone.
• Manage safety and security of the building after hours.
• Manage crises and conflicts among clients.
• Supervise client chores and work therapy.
• Review and complete written communications and reports.
• Maintain professional communication with staff, clients and public.
• Distribute client medications safely.
• Admit and orient new clients to residence.
