Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to keep our Ontario communities clean and sanitized. If you take pride in a job well done, you will enjoy working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include cleaning entrances, elevators, offices, halls, laundry rooms, and common areas, tidying vacant suites, handling waste, and assisting with snow removal and touch-ups as needed. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of cleaning work experience is required.
• Working knowledge of English (reading and writing).
• Must be able to lift up to 90 kg with proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, and common areas.
• Clean vacant suites and perform touch-ups.
• Garbage collection and interior/exterior waste handling.
• Assist with snow removal and minor maintenance as needed.
• Ensure inventory and equipment are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
