Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a Cleaning Associate to maintain cleanliness in our residential buildings across Brampton, Ontario. The role requires weekend availability and entails cleaning entrances, common areas, suites, and exterior spaces while supporting inventory and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled hours from Wed-Sun.
• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Must be available to work permanent weekends
