Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our communities in Ontario. You will clean entrances, common areas, and vacant suites, and assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written.
• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 90kg with proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.
